Cellar 13 Winery Club Terms (the legal stuff):
Minimum Purchase: Minimum wine purchase obligation is 2 bottles, twice a year, plus shipping and applicable taxes. Members requesting cancellation of membership before purchasing the 4 bottle minimum will be charged for 4 bottles of their choice at the time of cancellation. Members may cancel their membership at anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations must be requested and be received 48 hours prior to the billing of a regular club shipment. There is no cost to join the club and membership will continue until cancelled by member. All Wine Club orders must be placed and received by persons 21 years of age or older. We can not ship to P.O.Boxes and we can only ship within the State of California.
You are responsible for all orders that are billed to your account prior to the notice of cancellation. Credit cards will be billed prior to the ship date. Prices, the wine selection included in each shipment, and release dates of wines are subject to change. We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible if there are changes.
