Cellar 13 Winery Club Terms (the legal stuff):
By joining the “First in Line” wine club, you agree to the following terms: There is no cost to join the club and membership will continue until cancelled by member. Members may cancel their membership at anytime by emailing cellar13winery@gmail.com. Cancellations must be requested and be received 48 hours prior to the billing of a regular club shipment. All Wine Club orders must be placed and received by persons 21 years of age or older. Minimum wine club purchase is 2 bottles, twice a year, plus applicable taxes and shipping costs. We can not ship to P.O.Boxes and we can only ship within the State of California.
You are responsible for all orders that are billed to your account prior to the notice of cancellation. Credit cards will be billed prior to the ship date. Prices, the wine selection included in each shipment, and release dates of wines are subject to change. We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible if there are changes.
